Boy howdy, do I know how to live it up in my 40s: by installing a new content management system on my idle linode box. Ghost.org is surprisingly straightforward to self host. This certainly feels like less 'work' than my real work, which is what creating a Django, Wordpress, or, god help me, rolling a Flask site from the bottom up, would feel like. This feels like it's own thing, which is good! I want this to not feel like work. I want it to feel like creative effort.
Friday nights are for installing content management systems.
I'm exciting.
